Heidi Lauth Beasley is a food and lifestyle writer from Dorset. At the age of 21, she quit the unpaid fashion internship game to complete an MA in Novel Writing at Brunel University under the guidance of Bernadine Evaristo, Benjamin Zephaniah and Matt Thorne. She wrote over 80 London restaurant reviews as a Staff Writer for restaurant discovery platform, The Infatuation, as well as countless guides such as 10 Romantic Locations For Your Ill-Fated Summer Romance, Where To Eat When You’re Crying, and Dear Heidi: A London Restaurant Advice Column. She has also contributed food and dating trend pieces to The Sunday Times Style.
Heidi’s simple pleasures include trialling new crumpet toppings and never dressing for the weather. She is currently writing her debut novel, a coming-of-age love story set across London, Paris and New York.
