Shara Grylls is an author and philanthropist. Her two books, ‘Marriage Matters’ and ‘Never Stop Holding Hands’ are a collection of quotes, anecdotes, and advice surrounding marriage. To mark the 25th anniversary of her relationship with Bear Grylls, a new special edition of her book, ‘Never Stop Holding Hands’ was released on 29th January 2026, including new content from friends they’ve met along the way.
