Fauzia Musa is an award-winning brand strategist and writer based in leafy South London. Born in Mumbai and raised between London and Northern California, she’s spent the last fifteen years working with some of the world’s leading companies including Apple, Google, Playstation, LinkedIn, BMW, Lego and several others. Her consulting practice is currently focused on helping executive leaders build more inclusive and impactful organizations. Her editorial work has been featured in Monocle, The Independent, Riposte, and Viewpoint.
Her debut novel, The Strangling Fig, is a multi-generational story, moving between the 1940s in India and Pakistan and from 2002 onwards in the US, which explores the lasting impact of Partition through the lens of one Muslim family. The Strangling Fig was published by Juniper, a new imprint of HarperCollins, in summer 2026.
