Elizabeth Peyton-Jones is a master herbalist, BA Hons, Dip Herb., and an ND Herbalist/Naturopath. She has studied at the Naturopathy College of Naturopathic Medicine; the Herbal Medicine College of Naturopathic Medicine; the Ayurvedic Institute with Dr Vincent Lad, Albuquerque, New Mexico; and the East-West Course of Herbology, with Michael Tierra in Ben Lamont, California. She is an NAET Master Practitioner in Elimination Techniques and an EFT Master Practitioner in Emotional Freedom Technique.
Although Elizabeth has established herself as a thought leader for the healthy food movement, speaking with authenticity and authority to help people make dietary and lifestyle changes, the First Aid Kitchen Remedy book is her way of giving resources to people within their own homes, to help with a variety of ailments they may have. It is also a guide to learn about your body and how not to be afraid of aches and pains.
The book is a tool kit during Covid and other times when it is difficult to get to a doctor or if a doctor is not available. Sometimes the smallest knowledge can be the greatest help. This book has helped countless mothers, fathers, children and teenagers put their mind at rest and empower them to heal themselves.
In addition to her First Aid Kitchen Remedies book, Elizabeth has published two other books outlining her beliefs, Eat Yourself Young and Cook Yourself Young, both of which demonstrate how changing the food people eat can revitalize health, energy levels and wellbeing.
