PFD’s very own Nelle Andrew has been shortlisted for Literary Agent of the Year in The British Book Awards 2018 -also know as the Nibbies.
The British Book Awards or Nibbies honours and celebrates the commercial successes of publishers, authors and bookshops. Organised by The Bookseller, it culminates in the stand-out event of the publishing year, The British Book Awards ceremony at the Grosvenor House hotel.
The Nibbies was launched in 1990 by Fred Newman, founder and editor of Publishing News and taken over by The Bookseller in 2017.
Nelle Andrew has already been a Bookseller Rising Star in 2016. Her career includes discovering and agenting Sunday Times, and New York Times bestsellers; award winning novelists as well as several Richard and Judy Book Club Picks. She is a primary agent with her own list, and also co-handles North American rights with the International Rights Director on behalf of the agency.
