Julia Hobsbawm is the award-winning writer, commentator and broadcaster whose latest book The Nowhere Office: Reinventing Work and the Workplace of the Future and has been featured in over 100 global media including Forbes, Fortune, BBC, Times, Sunday Times, Washington Post, Sky News, and Bloomberg, which hired Julia in the Autumn of 2022 to become their lead commentator on the future of work, writing a column called ‘Working Assumptions’ for their new section Work Shift. Julia also presents The Nowhere Office podcast which is now in its fourth series.

Julia is an in-demand speaker for global audiences. In 2022 she was flown to Utah, Miami, Vienna and New York to address senior leadership audiences for multinational companies on what hybrid working and the post pandemic work landscape is like.  She has spoken twice for Zoom, has addressed the senior leadership team of the BBC and her Autumn audiences in London include law firm Mishcon de Reya, the WorkTech Academy conference and LEGO. Julia is an acclaimed entrepreneur who was awarded the an OBE for Services to Business by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and received the honour from her son, now King Charles III at Buckingham Palace. She has written six books in total, and her awards include Best Business Book of the Year in USA in 2020 for The Simplicity Principle, and being shortlisted for Management Book of the Year for Fully Connected.
