A real treat coming in Feb 2020! #GraceIsGone by the wonderful @emily_elgar was a cracking read.

Chilling, compassionate, full of small-town claustrophobia and lashings of intrigue. Loved every minute 💛

Grace is Gone by @emily_elgar (out in Feb). I loved Cara and Jon, the two very different protagonists in this, and the story unfolds so beautifully between them - it’s absolutely gripping and, when you least expect it, a total heartbreaker.

What a human. Thank you @laurajm8 xxx

Toni Morrison was a national treasure, as good a storyteller, as captivating, in person as she was on the page. Her writing was a beautiful, meaningful challenge to our conscience and our moral imagination. What a gift to breathe the same air as her, if only for a while.

Exciting news! You can now preorder BLOOD & SUGAR in paperback. The FT: "A novel of astonishing skill." The Times: "A searing ingeniously constructed story." The Express: "A stunning debut." 📕❤️  https://t.co/tNMQgXNO8b
