Aimee is a food blogger and recipe developer, based in Brighton. When she became vegan, over five years ago, she set out to make all her old favourite dishes without using meat, eggs or dairy. Her aim was to make them taste just as great, if not better than the originals. Happily she succeeded. Her key motivation is to make these recipes easy and accessible to everyone. She loves experimenting and making a mess in the kitchen to create the perfect dish.
Currently working with Quarto on her first cookbook: ‘Great British Vegan’, Aimee could not be more excited to share her wonderful array of deliciously familiar, hearty, traditional-style recipes using plant-based ingredients.
